• Image generation for starting frames
• Multiple quality and duration options

Credits System

Our service operates on a credit-based system:

• Credits are purchased in advance and never expire
• Video generation costs vary based on duration and resolution
• Credits are deducted only after successful generation begins
• Image generation costs 1 credit for 4 images
• Credit costs are displayed before each generation

Usage Rights And License

Videos and images you generate using our service are yours to use. You may:

• Use generated content for personal or commercial purposes
• Modify, edit, and incorporate generated content into your projects
• Sell products or services that include your generated content
• Share and distribute your generated content

You may not:

• Claim that you created the underlying technology
• Resell or redistribute access to our video generation service
• Use the service to generate content that violates laws or others' rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer our models or service

Content Guidelines

You agree not to generate content that:

• Violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringes on intellectual property rights

4. Payment And Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to:

Due to the digital nature of our service, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you experience technical issues with your credits or generations, please contact our support team and we will work to resolve the issue promptly. Credits never expire, so you can use them at any time.

• Generated content may not always match your exact expectations
• Generation times may vary based on server load and complexity
• We do not guarantee specific results from any prompt or input
• The service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues
• We reserve the right to impose reasonable usage limits to prevent abuse

6. Third-Party Services

Our service integrates with third-party services, including:

• Google OAuth: For authentication and account management
• Stripe: For secure payment processing
• Cloudflare: For hosting and infrastructure

The Muuvi platform, including our website, branding, and underlying technology, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform or attempt to extract our models or proprietary technology.

8. Limitation Of Liability

Muuvi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the past 12 months.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, including but not limited to generating prohibited content or abusing the service. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon account deletion, unused credits are forfeited and your personal information will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes To Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Your continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
